The Marketing Centre’s new quarterly COMPACT plan has been specifically designed to be more cost effective for smaller businesses, or more focused for  those who only require a regular but less involved “check-in” from their marketing expert. 

 

What you receive in a quarter?

3 days (1 day a month) of in-house marketing director expertise - to set your direction, help you develop your marketing and sales plan, drive it and keep you on track.

2 days of remote access to your marketing director per quarter- allowing for ad hoc telephone and email time, development of strategic work, briefing, as well as remote mentoring and guidance.

1 flexible marketing plan- because your chosen expert will be available to work within your business the way you need them.  

 

 

After the three months are up, it's your choice to continue or stop.

What you need?

• Someone in your business that is able to work with the marketing director to implement the activities, since we know that the actual “doing” is the critical part of any plan. 
• A commitment to 3 months of working with us, and up front payment for month one.
